A pair of fine, silver-gilt glass wine jugs made for Odiot in the late 19th century. Delicate engraving on glass, gracefully combined with the elegance of forms and the curve of the neck and handles. Diamond-shaped hallmarks of the Paris workshop Prevost & cie and the French hallmark 925 silver, the head of Minerva in the octagon. Also on the grounds: mon. Odiot prevost & cie 4266 and 3202.
