A George II embossed silver tea kettle on stand, with burner, by Francis Crump, with bird mask spout, rattan handle and decorated with birds and flowers amongst scrolls, the stand on tripod supports, London, 1744, height 35cm, gross weight 67.2oz. (a.f.) ***CONDITION REPORT*** Two engraved armorials to the pot. Appears to have taken a couple of knocks to the main body. Two lead solder repairs to the burner where it joins the stand. Numerous small dents around the underside of the burner. Hallmarks clear.
